LITCHFIELD -- Julie Anderson of Litchfield has announced the engagement of her daughter, Jessica Christine Anderson of Essex Junction, Vt. to Robert John Millett, also of Essex Junction, Vt., son of Brenda and Robert Millett of Monmouth. Jessica is also the daughter of the late Minor "Rocky" Morris, Jr.

Jessica is a graduate of Oak Hill High School, Wales and is attending The Salon Professional Academy in Williston, Vt.

Robert is a graduate of Milton High School, Milton, Vt. and a graduate of Wyotech Technical Institute, Blairsville, Pa. He is Assistant Manager at Tire Centers LLT, Williston, Vt.

A September 15, 2012, wedding is planned.
