SIDNEY — Bill and Donna Boutin of Sidney are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jillian, to Richard Sierra Jr., son of Richard Sierra Sr. of Prospect, Conn. and Carmel Sierra of Waterbury, Conn.
Jillian graduated from Western New England College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She went on to earn her Master’s in Business Administration in 2008 from Capella University of Minneapolis, Minn.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with concentration in Biomaterials from the University of Connecticut Storrs in 2006. He went on to earn his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in project management in 2009 from Walden University of Minneapolis, Minn.
Jillian is currently employed by Hannaford Bros. as an Assistant Store Manager at the Taunton, Mass. store. Richard is currently employed by Insulet Corporation as a project manager in Bedford, Mass. Both are residents of Mansfield, Mass. and are planning a Sept. 1, 2012 wedding in Maine.
