WINSLOW -- Brian and Loren West of Winslow are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Karrie Lynn West to Jeffrey Thomas Breton, son of Frank and Leslie Soares of China and Jeffrey and Stephanie Breton of Fairfield.

Karrie is a 2004 graduate of Winslow High School. She is employed by T-Mobile in Oakland.

Jeffrey is a 2001 graduate of Waterville High School and a 2009 graduate of Thomas College. He is employed at Togus, Department of Veteran Affairs in Augusta.

An August 14, 2010, wedding is planned.
