SKOWHEGAN — The Maine Office of Community Development recently named Skowhegan as recipient of the Community Spirit Award for its work with Main Street Skowhegan.
Each August the Maine CDBG Program holds Community Development Day to celebrate the communities and projects the organization worked with.
