Albion public hearing set for Friday

Albion -- There will be a public hearing at 7 p.m. Friday at the Besse Building in Albion.

The Albion board of appeals will hold a hearing to see if a decision reached by the Albion planning board's denial of a permit for the construction of an antenna to be built by associates of U.S. Cellular. An Administrative Appeal Application was received by the ABA from the law firm of Trafton & Matzen making this request.

All abutters to this property should plan to attend and be prepared to give testimony as to why the appeal request should, or should not be granted.

This hearing is also open to the general public.
