FAIRFIELD -- National Respiratory Care Week is Sunday through Saturday, Oct. 21-27. MaineGeneral Medical Center's Respiratory Care Services will offer lung health information and screenings from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at Maine Dartmouth Family Practice. People can talk to providers about their lung health concerns and be screened for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Dr. Daniel Doornbos, a pulmonologist from MaineGeneral Medical Center's Thayer campus, will be at the event from 2:30 to 3 p.m.
