Inland Hospital offers class, hiking

WATERVILLE -- Inland Hospital announces January classes.

A pre-diabetes class will take place from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Inland Hospital's Medical Arts Conference Room.

Type 2 diabetes and related health problems can be prevented or delayed through lifestyle changes. To pre-register, call 861-3392.

Snowshoeing is offered at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Inland Woods/Pine Ridge Trails. If there is no snow, winter hiking will take place.

Participants are asked to meet at the trailhead behind Inland Hospital. For more information, email ewells@emh.org or call 861-3292.
