MCI homecoming celebration set

PITTSFIELD -- Maine Central Institute will hold its annual homecoming celebration Sept. 16-19.

Highlights of the weekend will include a student parade at 6 p.m. Sept. 16. The parade will depart from the UTC Fire and Security parking lot.

A free community cookout, sponsored by the MCI Alumni Association, will begin at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 17 on the football practice field before the 7 p.m. game.

The inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be at 5 p.m. Sept. 18, in addition to several other athletic games throughout the weekend.
