SKOWHEGAN -- Pickup Community Supported Agriculture recently introduced young children and their families who live in the Skowhegan area to the benefits of eating healthy and locally produced food.
A private donation has allowed the program to offer 50 grants to cover 50 percent of the costs of the upcoming summer share. People are encouraged to contact Sarah at thepickup csa@gmail.com for an application form.
