Morning Sentinel Staff
SKOWHEGAN -- The Skowhegan Free Public Library recently received a $15,400 grant from the Belvedere Historical Preservation Fund of the Maine Community Foundation to support Project 2012 to restore and renovate the historical library building.
Located in the center of town on Elm Street, the library is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings.
