Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday, Kevin Kelly, 33, of Wilton, was arrested on the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 9:39 a.m., Travis Alfred Curtis, 22, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of failure to stop for a police officer and speeding 30-plus over the limit.

10:08 a.m., Matthew Lee Grass, 26, of Skowhegan, arrested on a warrant for theft by receiving stolen property.
