Waterville area police reports for Dec. 26 and 27, 2013

IN ANSON, Thursday at 1:01 p.m., court paperwork was served on Town Farm Road.

6:12 p.m., a threatening complaint was investigated on Carrabassett Road.

IN ATHENS, Thursday at 1:38 p.m., someone was taken to the hospital following a car accident on Harmony Road.

IN CAMBRIDGE, Friday at 3:51 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Ripley Road.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 1:39 p.m., a report of theft was investigated at Circle K on Main Street.

1:44 p.m., a domestic dispute was reported on Main Street.

IN MADISON, Thursday at 4:17 p.m., police were called to assist another agency on Heald Street.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 7:56 a.m., a verbal warning was issued to a Denise Avenue resident after a neighbor reported the resident’s dogs continued to defecate on her property.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 1:58 p.m., a complaint was taken from Madison Avenue.

2:08 p.m., an assault report was investigated on Canaan Road.

2:09 p.m., a complaint was investigated on Dartmouth Street.

2:12 p.m., police were called to assist another agency on Waterville Road.

4:54 p.m., a report of criminal mischief was taken from Dartmouth Street.

9:16 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Bennett Avenue.

Friday at 8:34 a.m., crews from Canaan and Skowhegan put out a chimney fire on Moores Mill Road.

IN STRONG, Wednesday at 10:18 a.m., a motor vehicle accident involving a deer was reported on Route 4.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 3:13 p.m., theft was reported on Gilman Street.

3:25 p.m., a report of theft was investigated at Waterville Public Library on Elm Street.

4:16 p.m., a report of an assault was investigated on Elm Street.

6:44 p.m., a report of theft was investigated at Agora Hair Gallery and Day Spa on Silver Street.

7:26 p.m., harassment was reported at Domino’s Pizza on Elm Street.

Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday, Kevin Kelly, 33, of Wilton, was arrested on the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 9:39 a.m., Travis Alfred Curtis, 22, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of failure to stop for a police officer and speeding 30-plus over the limit.

10:08 a.m., Matthew Lee Grass, 26, of Skowhegan, arrested on a warrant for theft by receiving stolen property.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 11:33 p.m., Christopher Michael Chrysler, 27, of Mountain Avenue in Fairfield, was arrested on three warrants at Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street.
