IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 4:41 p.m., Joy R. Sherburne, 41, of Spring Street in Dexter, was summoned on a charge of theft by deception at Marden’s Surplus and Salvage on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

9:33 p.m., Stephanie Ross, 32, of Moor Street, was summoned on a charge of attaching false plates on Western Avenue.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 12:14 a.m., Allen M. Washburn, 22, of Clinton Avenue, was summoned on a charge of the sale or use of drug paraphernalia on Augusta Road.

Arrests

IN FAIRFIELD, Saturday, at 12:51 a.m., Nicolas Aaron Staples, 24, of Clarke Street, Canaan, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Interstate 95.

IN OAKLAND, Saturday, at 4:41 p.m., Roland Neil Elkins, 53, of High Street, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and operating under the influence with one prior, on High Street.
