Waterville City Hall alarm is tripped

WATERVILLE — An alarm was tripped during renovation of an empty office at City Hall, prompting a police response.

Police determined there was no emergency, according to Deputy police Chief Charles Rumsey. City Hall is on Common Street, at Castonguay Square.

IN CLINTON, Wednesday at 4:30 p.m., an intoxicated person was reported at Gerry’s Hair Salon on Main Street.

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday, at 8:11 a.m., an accident involving personal injury was investigated on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

8:38 p.m., a protection order was reported served on Mayflower Heights Drive.

Thursday, at 5:27 a.m., a noise complaint was reported on Hilltop Drive.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 1:35 p.m., criminal trespass was reported on Elm Street.

2:11 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at the JFK Plaza Hannaford.

3:04 p.m., harassment was reported on Edwards Street.

7:53 p.m., threatening was reported on Summer Street.

8:13 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Ticonic Street.

10:40 p.m., harassment was reported on Cool Street.

10:56 p.m., an assault was reported on Butler Court.

Thursday at 12:02 a.m., a theft was reported at the Big Apple on Elm Street.

12:41 a.m., an intoxicated person was reported on Carey Lane.

Summons

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 12:54 p.m., Richard Scott Cormier, 35, of Augusta Road, was summoned on a charge of failing to register her vehicle on Benton Avenue.

1:29 p.m., Kathryn Ann Lois Rice, 32, of Montcalm Street in Fairfield, was summoned on a charge operating while her license was suspended or revoked on Benton Avenue.

Arrests

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday, at 12:43 p.m., Theresa Tibbetts, 46, of Oakland, was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, on Fairfield Street.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday, at 11 p.m., Ghe Grip, 34, of 3 Butler Court, arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Butler Court.

Thursday at 12:04 a.m., Deganowidah Goeman, 36, of 3 Carey Lane, arrested on a warrant, on Redington Street.

12:55 a.m., Thomas J. Schanz, 36, of 43 Ticonic St., Apt. 2, arrested on a charge of domestic violence criminal mischief, on Ticonic Street.
