1:08 p.m., reported threatening was investigated on Burrill Street.

2:11 p.m., a reported disturbance was investigated on Savage Street.

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday, at 10:25 a.m., Allan Richards, 37, of Skowhegan Road, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release, on Skowhegan Road.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Jessica Eckhardt, 25, of Stratton, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence criminal mischief.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 7:22 a.m., Benjamin Langley Fuchs, 44, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court, violating condition of release and operating after license suspension.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 2:25 p.m., Michael Phillips, 26, of 31 Main St., Apt. 30, was arrested on a probation hold, on Main Street.

2:55 p.m., Amy Marmanik, 24, of 9 Lipman Road, Augusta, was arrested on charges of theft by deception, violation of conditions of release and a probation hold, at Home Depot, at Waterville Commons.
