IN CLINTON, Thursday at 9:39 a.m., threatening was reported on Johnson Flat Road.

1:07 p.m., a theft was reported on Mutton Lane.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 5:52 p.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported on Main Street.

IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Thursday at 11:27 p.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Perkins Street.

11:37 p.m., a report of mischief was investigated on Benjamin Drive.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday, at 5:34 p.m., a report of a burglary resulted in peace restored on High Street.

7:38 p.m., a report of fraud or forgery was investigated on Old Belgrade Avenue.

IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 5:30 p.m., a report of domestic disturbance was investigated on Deer Run Street.

IN STARKS, Friday at 6:28 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Locke Hill Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 7:18 a.m., juvenile offenses were reported on West River Road.

11:24 p.m., a theft was reported at On the Run Mobile station on Pleasant Street.

Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 3:08 p.m., Michael Stephen Phillips, 26, of Clinton, was arrested on a probation hold.

Friday at 6:30 a.m., Katherine M. Tibbetts, 27, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked with prior.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 1:35 a.m., Richard E. Gilley, 32, of 49 Ticonic St., was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, on Spring Street.
