Bryan A. Boston, 35, Solon, cultivating marijuana, Aug. 29, 2013, in Solon; $400 fine, 48 hour jail sentence.

Craig A. Breingan Sr., 29, Skowhegan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 1, 2012, in Solon; 60 day jail sentence. Burglary, Dec. 1, 2012, in Solon; three year sentence to the Department of Corrections all but 60 days suspended, two year probation, $675 restitution.

Robert Cram, 64, Medway, rule violation, Nov. 4, 2013, no location listed; $100 fine.

Jennie L. Creamer, 38, Hartland, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, March 19, 2013, in Hartland; 90 day jail sentence. Violating a condition of release, March 19, 2013, in Hartland; 30 day jail sentence.

Victor D. Cullington, 33, Madison, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, Sept. 5, 2013, in Madison and aggravated cultivating of marijuana, five to 100 plants, Nov. 5, 2013, in Madison; no disposition on either charge.

Joshua R. Desrosiers, 38, Oakland, operating under the influence(OUI), Nov. 24, 2013, in Solon; dismissed.

Wendy Thurline Eaton, 45, Canaan, domestic violence assault, July 3, 2013, in Canaan; 364 day sentence to the Department of Corrections all suspended, one year probation. Obstructing report of a crime, July 3, 2013, in Canaan; dismissed. Violating a condition of release, July 22, 2013, in Canaan; 24 hour jail sentence.

Joshua D. Elliott, 32, Fairfield, violating a condition of release, Aug. 2, 2013, in Norridgewock and assault, Aug. 2, 2013, in Norridgewock; no disposition on either charge.

Wayne J. Fisher, 40, Biddeford, assault, Dec. 8, 2013, in Skowhegan; $300 fine, six month jail sentence.

Michael J. Garland, 27, Winslow, operating after registration was suspended, July 25, 2013, in Norridgewock; dismissed. Permitting attachment of false plates, July 25, 2013, no location listed; $150 fine.

Vitali Izguev, 40, Toronto, Canada, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 10, 2013, in Palmyra; $200 fine.

John Labbe, 46, Fairfield, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Sept. 4, 2013, in Fairfield; dismissed. Sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 4, 2013, in Fairfield, dismissed.

Lewis L. LaChance, 44, St. Albans, three charges of violating a condition of release, all on Nov. 3, 2013 in St. Albans; six month jail sentence on each.
