Dwain E. Coughlin, 39, of North Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 23, 2013, in Augusta; $250 fine.

Timothy J. Harkins, 35, of Belgrade, operating under the influence July 4, 2011, in Gardiner; $700 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license and registration suspension.

Nicole Leigh, 23, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 26, 2013, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Steven V. Long, 46, of Mount Vernon, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 23 in Winthrop; $500 fine, 10-day jail sentence.

Jacob B. Lorance, 25, of Portland, operating under the influence Feb. 23, 2013, in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Crystal Mata, 34, of Gardiner, failure to comply with sex offender registry act Aug. 8, 2013, in Litchfield; 48-hour jail sentence.

Justin McInnis, 30, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 31, 2013, in Augusta; $400 fine.

James C. Oberst, 72, of Winthrop, assault June 1, 2013, in Winthrop; $300 fine.

Rachel Rogers, 32, of Waterville, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce Oct. 19, 2013, in Litchfield; $350 fine.

Derrick A. Smith, 25, of Augusta, terrorizing July 24, 2013, domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, Jan. 22, all in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence with all but 30 days suspended, two-year probation.

James C. Tilley, 23, of Hartland, operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release, Jan. 22 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 30-day jail sentence.

Shane Williams, 28, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 10, 2010, and failure to appear after being bailed Nov. 17, 2010, both in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.
