Waterville area police reports for Feb. 8, 2014

IN BINGHAM, Saturday at 8:56 a.m., a snowmobile accident was reported on Main Street.

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 1:03 p.m., an animal complaint was reported on Pirate Lane.

IN MADISON, Friday at 3:11 p.m., suspicious activity as reported on Spruce Street.

IN PALMYRA, Friday at 6:26 p.m., a motor vehicle accident involving injuries was reported on Interstate 95.

In Pittsfield, Friday at 8:33 p.m., threatening was reported on Hunnewell Avenue.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Saturday at 11:11 a.m., a disturbance was investigated on Fairview Avenue.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 12:14 p.m., shoplifting was reported at Walmart on Waterville Commons Drive.

2 p.m., an assault was investigated on Ticonic Street.


IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 10:33 a.m., Emily Cookson, 20, of Burnham, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault.

11:50 a.m., Reva Shayne Cowette, 25, of Madison, was arrested on two charges of failing to appear in court.

7:58 p.m., Beth Elaine Chappo, 53, of Cornville, was arrested on a charge of violating a condition of release and operating under the influence.

9:17 p.m., Ernest Norman Nault, 43, of Farmington Falls, was arrested on charges of attaching false license plates, eluding an officer, theft by receiving stolen property and failure to register a motor vehicle.
