Waterville police reports for Feb. 16, 2014

IN CLINTON, Saturday at 11:13 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported on Baker Street.

1:46 p.m., a report of harassment was investigated on Johnson Flat Road.

IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Saturday at 8:01 p.m., a domestic dispute was reported on Upper Main Street.

IN SIDNEY, Sunday at 9:28 p.m., an assault was reported on River Road.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Sunday at 11:42 a.m., a report of threatening was investigated on Abel Way.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 12:44 p.m., a report of harassment was investigated on Mayflower Hill Drive.

1:03 p.m., a report of a drug offense was investigated on College Avenue.

6:01 p.m., theft was reported at the concourse.

8:39 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Main Street.

Sunday at 3:04 p.m., theft was reported on Elm Street.

Arrests

IN SKOWHEGAN, Saturday at 3:37 a.m., William Longley, 44, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Water Street.

Sunday at 5:10 a.m., Chad A. Andrews, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault on Jewell Court.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 1:35 p.m., Jaime Healy, 32, of Augusta Road in Winslow, was arrested on three charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and for violating the condition of her release at Hannaford Supermarket at Elm Plaza.
