Grace Allen, 53, Cornville, allowing a dog to be at large, Aug. 3, 2013, in Cornville; $50 fine. Allowing a dog to be at large, Nov. 3, 2013, in Cornville; $100 fine.

Francisco F. Amaya, 37, Madison, operating under the influence (OUI), Nov. 14, 2013, in Skowhegan; $500 fine, 96 hour jail sentence, 90 day license suspension.

Joseph C. Avery, 33, Embden, possessing an unregistered deer, Nov. 2, 2013, in Solon; dismissed. Criminal trespass, Nov. 2, 2013, in Solon; dismissed. Hunting anterless deer without a permit, Nov. 2, 2013, in Solon; $300 fine. Placing bait to entice deer, Nov. 2, 2013, in Solon; $200 fine.

John T. Barry, 67, Carthage, loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle, Nov. 30, 2013, in Mayfield Township; $200 fine. Unlawfully shooting or discharge a firearm or crossbow, Nov. 30, 2013, in Mayfield Township; $200 fine.

Chad Beane, 37, Fairfield, OUI-one prior, April 10, 2013, in Fairfield; $700 fine, 364 day jail sentence all but seven days suspended, one year probation, three year license suspension.

Laura Blair, 28, Rockwood, OUI, Oct. 17, 2013, in Rockwood; $500 fine, 90 day license suspension.

Arthur G. Bolduc, 54, Harmony, night hunting, Nov. 27, 2013, in Harmony; $1,000 fine, three day jail sentence. Placing bait to entice deer, Nov. 27, 2013, in Harmony; dismissed.

Allen J. Bouchard, 21, Madison, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Dec. 1, 2013, in Skowhegan; $350 fine.

Mary Jo A. Burgess, 59, Charleston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 15, 2013, in Palmyra; 180 day jail sentence all suspended, one year probation. Assault, Nov. 15, 2013, in Palmyra; $300 fine.

Lee A. Chapman, 44, Skowhegan, operating while license was suspended or revoked-prior, Nov. 30, 2013, in Skowhegan; $750 fine.

Cheryl L. Charles, 33, Palmyra, operating while license was suspended or revoked-prior, Oct. 31, 2013, in Palmyra; $500 fine. Attaching false plates, Oct. 31, 2013, in Palmyra; dismissed. Passing a stopped school bus, Oct. 31, 2013, in Palmyra; $250 fine.

Justin Corson, 20, Corinna; violating a protective order, Jan. 9. 2014, in St. Albans; 15 day jail sentence.

Justin A. Corson, 20, Corinna, violating a protective order, Nov. 30, 2013, in St. Albans; 180 day jail sentence all but one day suspended, one year administrative release sentence.

Benjamin Dore, 28, Skowhegan, operating a vehicle without a license, Nov. 22, 2013, in Skowhegan; $50 fine.

Paul R. Dubois, 50, New Gloucester, possession of marijuana, up to 1 and 1/4 ounces, Nov. 24, 2013, in Bingham; $350 fine.

Kasean A. Dunphy, 27, Somerville, Mass., operating while license was suspended or revoked-prior, Nov. 20, 2013, in Fairfield; $500 fine.

Joshua D. Elliott, 32, Clinton, violating a condition of release, Jan. 12, 2014, in Skowhegan; six month jail sentence.

Thurlow Farmer III, 50, Augusta, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, Oct. 1, 2013, in T4-R16 WELS; dismissed.

Earl Fletcher, 75, New Vineyard, assault, Nov. 1, 2013, in T3-R4 WELS; $300 fine.

Steve Folsom, 35, Skowhegan, placing bate to entice deer, Nov. 10, 2013, in Norridgewock; filed with costs.

Teah M. Fowle, 33, Skowhegan, OUI, Dec. 14, 2013, in Skowhegan; $500 fine, 96 hour jail sentence, 90 day license suspension. Operating while license was suspended or revoked, Dec. 14, 2013, in Skowhegan; dismissed.

Sonya M. Fox, 19, Skowhegan, failure to register a vehicle, Dec. 13, 2013, in Skowhegan; $100 fine.

Logan French, 21, Moscow, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Nov. 24, 2013, in Solon; $350 fine.

Roland Gagnon, 50, Rome, charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, of criminal mischief and of failure to grant access, all on Nov. 15, 2013, in Skowhegan; all dismissed.
