AUGUSTA — The following cases involving area residents were closed Nov. 14-20, 2013, in Augusta District Court.

Patricia M. Adams, 53, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures Oct. 6 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Lynda Andino, 53, of Augusta, keeping an unlicensed dog Sept. 6 in Augusta; $50 fine.

Ryan D. Angco, 20, of Westfield, Mass., possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces Sept. 26 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

Michael L. Barrucci, 19, of Mechanic Falls, operating a vehicle without a license Oct. 12 in Monmouth; $100 fine.

Bradley Brown, 33, of Vassalboro, operating with a suspended or revoked license Sept. 25 in Hallowell; $750 fine.

David LeRoy Buzzell Jr., 44, of Chelsea, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug Aug. 27 in Augusta; $400 fine, $120 restitution.

Owen T. Carlson, 20, of St. George, being a minor in possession of liquor Sept. 21 in Pittston; $200 fine.

Steven C. Chaput, 37, of Belgrade, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and violating a condition of release Sept. 14 in Augusta; 12-hour jail sentence.

Christopher T. Colwell, 29, of South China, violating a condition of release Sept. 27 in China; $200 fine.

Jennifer M. Condon, 18, of Phippsburg, being a minor in possession of liquor Sept. 21 in Pittston, $200 fine.

Joseph Costa, 41, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 9 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Ashley E. Cushing, 18, of Walpole, being a minor in possession of liquor Sept. 21 in Pittston, $200 fine.

Melissa May Dill, 20, of Farmingdale, being a minor in possession of liquor Sept. 21 in Pittston; $200 fine.

Stephen Dingus, 31, of Mount Vernon, violating a condition of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license June 24 in Augusta; $500 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

Rudger S. Ellis, 20, of Gardiner, violating a condition of release Oct. 22 in Gardiner and violating a protective order Aug. 27 in Windsor; 5-day jail sentence.

Katie J. Emmons, 18, of Mount Vernon, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 17 in Augusta; $650 in fines.

Raymond W. Eugley, 28, of Gardiner, operating with a suspended or revoked license July 12 in Randolph; $500 fine.

Kati J. Fogg, 25, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release, Nov. 14 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.

Glen V. Gerrish, 44, of Hudson, operating with a suspended or revoked license July 9 in West Gardiner; $750 fine.

Mark Grant, 47, of Gloucester, Mass., violating a protective order Oct. 9 in Litchfield; 48-hour jail sentence.

Robert J. Grenier, 39, of Augusta, violating a condition of release Aug. 31 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Darrin A. Hardesty, 27, of Windsor, operating after registration suspension June 28; $150 fine.

Mitchell D. Holmes, 26, of Pemaquid, operating under the influence Aug. 14 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Amber Lynn Hosier, 20, of Augusta, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 3 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended, one-year administrative release, $50 restitution.

Amanda F. Howard, 26, of Waterville, operating with a suspended or revoked license Aug. 21 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence.

John H. Hyde, 53, of Augusta, operating under the influence, and failure to stop, remain, provide information, both Aug. 15 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Flint H. Irwin, 25, of Gardiner, operating a vehicle without a license Sept. 29 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

Johnna L. Jordan Bourisk, 50, of Winthrop, disorderly conduct, loud noise in a private place Oct. 23 in Augusta; $200 fine.
