BURNHAM — The former Burnham Village School will be the site of the Town Office,  voters decided during a referendum Tuesday.

The aging town property was the subject of three ballot questions. Voters were asked if the town should sell the building for at least $50,000, for at least $150,000 or if the building become the town office.

The Town Office option garnered the most support, 281-240. The option to sell the property for at least $50,000 was the second-most popular option, 248-232. The option to sell the property for at least $150,000 was defeated 299-129.

The town acquired the 60-year-old 5,000-square-foot building in 2010 from the school district.
