GONE: An excavator operator collects the crumbled remains of the first of six homes on Friday that will be razed on Dallaire Street in Winslow. The now-vacant homes were too close to the unstable embankment beside the Sebasticook River.

One would expect that FPLE, the fish groups, and Town officials who approved the removal of the dam must be really proud of what they have accomplished. Their self-serving agenda and incompetence has destroyed somebody's home.

All those officials you mentioned could care less. As long as it is not their home. Funny how that works. Well not really. Just like the health care bill. It does not affect them.
