Rep. Henry Beck, D-Waterville, defeated challenger Mark Andre, R-Oakland, 2,287 to 1,264 in the race for House District 76.
Beck carried Waterville 2,027 to 901, while Andre won Oakland 363-260.
Beck, 26, who has served in the House since 2008, says he wants to continue to provide balanced and dependable representation for constituents.
