Summons

IN CHINA, Friday at 5:39 p.m., Heather Jean Coolidge, 25, of 44 Route 3, was summoned on a charge of criminal mischief on Route 3.

IN OAKLAND, Sunday, at 9:07 p.m., Laurie Theriault, 41, of High Street, was summoned on a charge of attaching false plates, on High Street.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 10:40 a.m., Sarah A. Ouellette, 33, of 5 King Court, was summoned on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license, on Main Street.

Arrests

IN CANAAN, Monday at 9:50 a.m., Paul Francis Fierley, 50, of Canaan, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant from New Hampshire, on charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault for forcible rape on two counts.

IN CLINTON, Thursday at 8:29 p.m., Mitchel B. MacArthur, 23, 7 Somerset Ave., Fairfield, was arrested on charges of violating a protection order, violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license, on Spring Street.

IN VASSALBORO, Friday at 7:14 p.m., Michael James Kartman, 51, of 1088 Webber Pond Road, was arrested on a warrant on Webber Pond Road.

IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 1:51 a.m., Roland John Peters, 56, of 102 Clinton Ave., was arrested on a charge of aggravated domestic violence assault, at his residence.
