IN SKOWHEGAN, Friday, at 11:46 p.m., a 17-year-old was arrested on charges of minor possessing liquor, disorderly conduct with offensive words, gestures, and criminal trespass, on Waterville Road.

IN WINSLOW, Friday, at 12:09 p.m., Toby Johnathan Davis, 35, of Lucas Drive, Montville, was arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release, on Augusta Road.
9:20 p.m., Ryan Mark Owen, 25, of Monument Street and Archie Roy Engstrom III, 20, of Monument Street, were each arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, on Monument Street. Engstrom, who also had a warrant out for his arrest, was charged with minor consuming liquor, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of marijuana.
