IN FAIRFIELD, Friday, at 10:35 a.m., report of fraud or forgery was investigated on Bickford Drive.
11 a.m., report of fraud or forgery was investigated on Martin Stream Road.
12:39 p.m., a report of a missing juvenile was taken on Greene Road.
1:50 p.m., reported suspicious activity was investigated at Gene’s Market on Western Avenue.
3:56 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Crosby Street.
6:56 p.m., reported disturbance was investigated on Winter Street.
9:11 p.m., reported intoxicated person was investigated on Winter Street.
9:31 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported on East Benton Road.
Saturday, at 3:01 p.m., theft was reported at The Big Apple Store on Main Street.
4:20 p.m., burglary was reported on Elm Street.
Sunday, at 4:06 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported on Burrill Street.

IN FARMINGTON, Sunday at 11:53 p.m., police were asked to remove a subject from Kingdom Hall on Fairbanks Road.

2:48 p.m., theft was reported on High Street.

5:05 p.m., subpoena was reported served on Fairfield Street.

6:01 p.m., reported drug offense was investigated on Cushman Road.
10:07 p.m., reported criminal mischief was investigated on Cushman Road.

10:04 p.m., reported suspicious activity was inspected on Chadwick Street.
Sunday, at 1:43 p.m., reported fight call was investigated on Anthony Avenue.
10:57 p.m., reported noise complaint was investigated on Clinton Avenue.

Summonses

IN WINSLOW, Saturday, at 3:15 p.m., Steve B. Bragg, 48, of Pleasant View Ridge Road, China, was summoned on a charge of displaying fictitious inspection certificate, on China Road.
Sunday, at 12:48 a.m., Coty Lee Smith, 22, of Melville Street, Augusta, was summoned on a charge of operating while license suspended.

Arrests

IN FAIRFIELD, Sunday, at 1:14 a.m., David Allen Hamilton, 44, of Greenlake Road, Dedham, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating after license suspension, on Main Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Friday, at 11:46 p.m., a 17-year-old was arrested on charges of minor possessing liquor, disorderly conduct with offensive words, gestures, and criminal trespass, on Waterville Road.

IN WINSLOW, Friday, at 12:09 p.m., Toby Johnathan Davis, 35, of Lucas Drive, Montville, was arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release, on Augusta Road.
9:20 p.m., Ryan Mark Owen, 25, of Monument Street and Archie Roy Engstrom III, 20, of Monument Street, were each arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, on Monument Street. Engstrom, who also had a warrant out for his arrest, was charged with minor consuming liquor, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of marijuana.
Saturday, at 1:25 a.m., Jason Arthur Urqhart, 41, of South Belfast Avenue, Augusta, was arrested on a warrant, on Augusta Road.
