CLARIFICATION: A December arrest log item about Andrew P. Gurney, 21, Winslow, was incomplete and should have showed that police did not charge him. 

On Dec. 23, he was arrested on suspicion of operating under the influence, but a blood alcohol test a short time later showed he was under the limit of .08, so he was released without charges, according to Waterville Deputy Chief Charles Rumsey. 

IN BENTON, Friday at 7:07 a.m., a burglary was investigated on Albion Road.

IN DETROIT, Thursday at 4:04 p.m., an animal complaint was reported on North Road.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 5:15 a.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Skowhegan Road.

6:20 a.m., someone from Park Street reported hearing shots fired.

9:47 a.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Main Street.

2:10 p.m., harassment was reported on North Street.

5:18 p.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Keyes Street.

6:06 p.m., police reported recovered a stolen vehicle on Summit Street.

7:01 p.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Skowhegan Road.

IN MADISON, Thursday at 7:01 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Main Street.

Friday at 5:41 a.m., suspicious activity was reported on South Main Street.

10:36 a.m., an animal complaint was reported on Beatrice Lane.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 2:59 p.m., a fight was investigated on Water Street.

Friday, 2:10 a.m. peace was restored after a report of a domestic dispute on West Pleasant Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 5:13 p.m., theft was reported on Ryan Court.

Friday at 4:37 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Birchwood Terrace.

9:38 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Cianchette Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 4:19 p.m., an animal complaint was reported on Waye Street.

7:40 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on York Street.

9:26 p.m., harassment was reported on French Street.

10:16 p.m., threatening was reported on French Street.

Friday at 5:36 a.m., a report of trespassing was investigated on Mountain View Terrace.

9:40 a.m., a report of harassment was investigated on Beech Street.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 10:21 a.m., criminal mischief was reported at Rite Aid on Main Street.

10:36 a.m., a burglary was reported on Sherwin Street.

10:57 a.m., a fire was reported on Squire Street.

12:49 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Highwood Street.

2:30 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Bull Moose Music at Elm Plaza.

2:59 p.m., an unwanted person was reported at Pleasant Street House on Pleasant Street.

Friday at 12:54 a.m., an intoxicated person was reported on College Avenue.

Arrest

IN MADISON, Thursday at 4:25 a.m., Louis Thibault, 53, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with two priors.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 2:59 p.m., Sasha J. LaFreniere, 24, of 49 Water St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault at her residence. 

IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 11:37 a.m., William Michael Rigdon, 25, of Sanderson, Fla. was arrested on a probation hold.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 1:50 p.m., Reuben Michael Field, 28, of Augusta, was arrested on a probation violation and a charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs.

10:35 p.m., James Robert Labonte, 28, of Madison, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, violating condition of release, driving to endanger, operating under the influence, eluding an officer, refusing to submit to arrest, operating after license suspension and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:03 a.m., Amy Perkins, 24, of 150 College Ave., Apt. 19, arrested on three warrants, on College Avenue.
