CLARIFICATION: A December arrest log item about Andrew P. Gurney, 21, Winslow, was incomplete and should have showed that police did not charge him. 

On Dec. 23, he was arrested on suspicion of operating under the influence, but a blood alcohol test a short time later showed he was under the limit of .08, so he was released without charges, according to Waterville Deputy Chief Charles Rumsey.

Arrest

IN MADISON, Thursday at 4:25 a.m., Louis Thibault, 53, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with two priors.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 2:59 p.m., Sasha J. LaFreniere, 24, of 49 Water St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault at her residence. 

IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 11:37 a.m., William Michael Rigdon, 25, of Sanderson, Fla. was arrested on a probation hold.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 1:50 p.m., Reuben Michael Field, 28, of Augusta, was arrested on a probation violation and a charge of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs.

10:35 p.m., James Robert Labonte, 28, of Madison, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, violating condition of release, driving to endanger, operating under the influence, eluding an officer, refusing to submit to arrest, operating after license suspension and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:03 a.m., Amy Perkins, 24, of 150 College Ave., Apt. 19, arrested on three warrants, on College Avenue.
