IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 2:21 a.m., a disturbance was investigated on Lawrence Avenue.

IN MADISON, Monday at 9:47 p.m., trespassing was investigated on Hunnewell Road.

7:24 p.m., a fireworks complaint was reported on Thomas Street.

IN OAKLAND, Monday at 8:01 p.m., a fireworks complaint was reported on North Gage Road.

IN PALMYRA, Tuesday at 12:08 a.m., a domestic disturbance was investigated on Warren Hill Road.

IN PITTSFIELD, Monday at 6:28 p.m., a motor vehicle crash was reported on Higgins Road.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Monday at 9:41 a.m., a theft was investigated on Beech Street.

12:30 p.m., threatening was investigated on MRI Drive.

4:40 p.m., a motor vehicle crash with injures was reported on Waterville Road.

8:57 p.m., a fireworks complaint was reported on Waterville Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9:43 a.m., a theft was investigated at Walmart on Waterville Commons Drive.

11:19 a.m., harassment was investigated on Patriots Drive.

7:19 p.m., a dispute was reported at Kennebec Graphics on College Avenue.

11:43 p.m., peace was restored after a report of a fight at the Bob In Bar & Lounge on Temple Street.

Tuesday, 2:36 a.m., a fight was reported on Main Street.

9:15 a.m., a theft was reported at Silver Street Tavern on Silver Street.

2:18 p.m., a theft was investigated on Water Street.

 

Arrests

IN CLINTON, Monday at 3:47 p.m., Jeffrey E. Eaton, 26, of 280 Oakland Road, Belgrade, was summoned on a charge of operating after habitual-offender revocation, on Bush Road.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 12:59 a.m., Dennis Patrick Stewart, 43, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of domestic-violence assault, violating conditions of release and criminal mischief.

4:04 a.m., Kendra April Parlin, 41, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 12:22 a.m., Daniel Allen Marshall, 27, of Somerset County, was arrested on a warrant and charges of assault, refusing to submit to arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

10:50 p.m., Michael Bryan Boothby, 27, of North Anson, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9:10 p.m., Peter Speropolous, 44, of 12 West St., was arrested on a warrant.

Tuesday, 2:25 a.m., Mary Johnson, 28, of 42 Pinewood Drive, Madison, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on The Concourse.

4:05 a.m., Scott Theriault, 37, of 22 Brighton Road, Solon, was arrested on a warrant and charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, on College Avenue.

 

Summonses

IN CLINTON, Monday at 3:47 p.m., David A. Frappier, 41, of 280 Oakland Road, Belgrade, was summoned on a charge of permitting unlawful use, on Bush Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 11:48 a.m., Rhea Ann Hunt, 53, was summoned on a theft charge at Marden's department store on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
