IN ATHENS, Tuesday at 1:46 p.m., a county deputy conducted a routine safety check at the elementary school.

IN BENTON, Tuesday at 2:45 p.m., a Fairfield police officer conducted a routine safety check at the
elementary school.

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 10:32 a.m., a fire was reported on Skowhegan Road.
5:49 p.m., fraud was reported on Howe Road.
6:17 p.m., an assault was reported on North Street.
Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., a disturbance was reported on North Street.

IN HARTLAND, Tuesday at 10:49 a.m., a warning was issued by police after a harassment complaint on Ford Hill Road.
6:53 p.m., fire units were sent in response to a report of a chimney fire on Ford Hill Road.

IN MADISON, Tuesday at 2:49 p.m., a harassment complaint was taken from Garfield Street.
4:54 p.m., a harassment complaint was taken from Main Street.

IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Tuesday at 9 p.m., police investigated a report of an intoxicated person on Martin Stream Road.

IN OAKLAND, Tuesday, at 12:13 p.m., a citizen reported a traffic offense on Old Alpine Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Tuesday at 12:35 p.m., police made an arrest on Somerset Avenue.
6:10 p.m., a report of vandalism was investigated on Somerset Avenue.
Wednesday at 5:10 a.m., a report of a panic alarm was investigated on Hunnewell Avenue.

IN PLEASANT RIDGE, Tuesday at 7:12 p.m., a report of a theft was investigated on Carry Pond Road.

IN RIPLEY, Wednesday at 9:09 a.m., police made an arrest after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 3:17 p.m., police were called to assist another agency on Water Street.
8:11 p.m., police made an arrest following a report of an intoxicated person on Water Street.
9:57 p.m., police were called to assist another agency on Fairview Avenue.
Wednesday at 8:46 a.m., police were called to assist another agency on Court Street.

IN SOLON, Tuesday at 11:41 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on South Main Street.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 3:07 p.m., a motor vehicle accident involving injuries was reported on College Avenue.
3:45 p.m., a fire was reported on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
6:06 p.m., a theft was reported at The Big Apple store on Main Street.
Wednesday at 3:55 p.m., a fire was reported on College Avenue.

Arrests

IN MADISON, Tuesday at 10:39 p.m., Erik William Olson, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants.

IN PITTSFIELD, Tuesday at 1:27 p.m., Dustin James King, 20, of Plymouth, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court and on probation revocation.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Monday at 2:50 p.m., Nelson Scott Wheeler, 21, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 7:46 p.m., Travis Michael Quimby, 26, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of failure to register a vehicle and attaching false plates.
Tuesday at 12:02 a.m., Virginia Marie Weber, 34, of Belgrade, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and operating after license suspension.
8:51 a.m., Michael Wayne Chapman, 38, of Levant, was arrested on a writ.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 11:55 p.m., Oliver Brown, 20, of New Canaan, Connecticut, was arrested on the charges of operating without a license and illegal possession of liquor by a minor.
Wednesday at 3:44 a.m., Ryan Small, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.
