Tuesday at 12:57 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Berry Drive.

IN CHELSEA, Monday at 5:51 p.m., theft was reported on River Road.

IN CHINA, Monday at 11:18 a.m., criminal mischief was investigated at Erksine Academy on Windsor Road.

IN CLINTON, Monday at 12:26 p.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported near Railroad Street and Hill Road.

1:06 p.m., harassment was reported on Diamond Avenue.

IN FARMINGTON, Monday at 9:57 p.m., harassment was reported on Thompson Walton Court.

Tuesday at 9:48 a.m., a motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported on Front Street.

IN EMBDEN, Monday at 6:41 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Cross Town Road.

IN HARTLAND, Tuesday at 12:22 a.m., a report of vandalism was investigated on Crosby Street.

IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Monday at 6:09 p.m., a report of harassment was investigated on Erica Way.

IN OAKLAND, Monday at 7:12 a.m., criminal mischief was investigated on Belgrade Road.

12:53 p.m., a report of theft was investigated on Belgrade Road.

3:12 p.m., threatening was reported and a verbal warning was given on High Street.

3:51 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on Cascade Mill Road.

4:07 p.m., assault was reported on Heath Street.

Tuesday at 3:15 a.m., threatening was reported on High Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Monday at 7:41 p.m., harassment was reported on Main Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Monday at 10:20 p.m., a report of domestic disturbance led to an arrest on Robin Court.

10:27 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Mill Street.

IN SMITHFIELD, Monday at 11:18 p.m., a burglar alarm was reported on Lake View Drive.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 12:15 p.m., threatening was reported at Appleton Apartments on Hathaway Street.

12:20 p.m., a theft was reported on Water Street.

12:34 p.m., harassment was reported at Walmart, at Waterville Commons.

12:52 p.m., threatening was reported on Veteran Court.

2:34 p.m., juvenile offenses were reported near Water and Carrean streets.

3:30 p.m., a caller from Rideout Street reported receiving an harassing or obscene phone call.

3:54 p.m., a theft was reported on John Avenue.

6:39 p.m., harassment was reported on King Court.

9:05 p.m., an intoxicated person was reported on Redington Street.

9:31 p.m., a fight was reported on High Street.

9:38 p.m., an assault was reported on Summer Street.

IN WILTON, Monday at 6:51 p.m., a tree on fire was reported on Flagstaff Street.

IN WINSLOW, Monday at 11:56 a.m., an animal complaint was reported on Benton Avenue.

11:34 p.m., a noise complaint was reported on Clinton Avenue.

Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Cheryl Ouellette, 54, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Michael Davis, 18, of New Sharon, was arrested on the charge of failing to appear.

Jason Bergeron, 36, of Chesterville, was arrested on the charge of gross sexual assault.

N SKOWHEGAN, Monday at 9:59 p.m., Joshua John Hartley, 28, of Canaan, was arrested on a probation hold and charges of violation of protective order and violating condition of release.

11:31 p.m., Christie Lynn Foster, 43, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 6:37 p.m., Sandy Ann Grover, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on three counts and violating condition of release on two counts.
