Friday at 4:56 p.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Norridgewock Road.

4:57 p.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Lamphere Lane.

5:34 p.m., a vehicle accident was reported on Main Street.

IN HARTLAND, Friday at 11:52 a.m., an assault was reported on Canaan Road.

IN MADISON, Thursday at 5:16 p.m., an animal complaint was reported on Main Street.

10:51 p.m., suspicious activity was investigated on Main Street.

Friday at 11:51 a.m., an animal complaint was reported on Pearl Street.

12:20 p.m., a report of an animal complaint was investigated on Madison Avenue.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 8:08 a.m., an assault was reported on School Bus Drive.

1:45 p.m., the theft of a donation jar was reported at Oakland Public Library.

5:37 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on Morgan Drive.

7:05 p.m., a fight was reported on Pleasant Street.

Friday at 7:51 a.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported at Messalonskee Middle School on School Bus Drive. A bus reportedly ran over a student's foot.

IN PALMYRA, Friday at 1:37 p.m., theft was reported on Main Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 9:14 p.m., an erratic vehicle was reported on Main Street.

Friday at 10:47 a.m., a report of mischief was investigated on Waverly Street.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 8:37 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Water Street.

9:22 p.m., threatening was reported on Jackson Street.

9:35 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Pleasant Street.

Friday at 11:46 a.m., a report of theft was investigated on Hilltop Drive.

12:09 p.m., threatening was reported on Tammy Lane.

1:40 p.m., larceny was reported on Robin Court.

IN SOLON, Friday at 8:53 a.m., an animal complaint was reported on South Solon Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 7:54 a.m., a theft was reported on College Avenue.

8:55 a.m., a fire was reported at Dunkin' Donuts on College Avenue.

10:50 a.m., a theft was reported on Silver Place.

11:18 a.m., a theft was reported on Sherwin Street.

12:40 p.m., a theft was reported at J&S Oil on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

12:45 p.m., juvenile offenses were reported on Carrean Street.

1:11 p.m., shoplifting was reported at Walmart. Three youths were arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, according to the report.

1:51 p.m., a case involving forgery or fraud was reported at Countryside Trailer Park.

4:37 p.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported near Pleasant Street and Western Avenue.

3:47 p.m., an assault was reported on Gold Street.

5:14 p.m., a fire was reported at The Home Depot.

5:16 p.m., a caller from Elm City Taxi reported a case involving threatening.

5:40 p.m., harassment was reported on Main Street.

8:58 p.m., a caller from Ash Street reported receiving an harassing or obscene phone call.

10:28 p.m., a caller from Domino's Pizza on Elm Street reported receiving an harassing or obscene phone call.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 4:44 p.m., a theft was reported on Halifax Street.

5:43 p.m., a person came to the Police Department to report a case involving harassment.

5:57 p.m., a caller from Halifax Street reported a person on the premises who was not wanted there.

Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 9:11 a.m., Anthony Leroy Wyckoff, 20, of Lewiston, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:22 a.m., John Hibbard, 44, of 543 Sabattus Road, Sabattus, was arrested on a warrant, at Elm Plaza.

12:41 a.m., Hanna Gerrier, 21, of 408 Smithfield Road, Belgrade, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 11:41 p.m., Kenneth Ronald Lachance, 58, of 19 Poulin St., Winslow, was arrested on a probation hold as well as two counts of unlawful possession of drugs, possession of hypodermic apparatus and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Also at 11:41 p.m., Brandy Lee Grover, 35, of 19 Poulin St., Winslow, was arrested on three counts of unlawful possession of drugs, possession of hypodermic apparatus and violating condition of release.
