IN CANAAN, Tuesday at 3:21 p.m., a report of a theft was investigated on Lancaster Road.

4:45 p.m., fire and rescue crews were sent to Lake George Regional Park, East, for a man whose boat had capsized. He was found sitting on some rocks and was not injured.

IN CORNVILLE, Wednesday at 2:29 a.m., a report of a domestic disturbance was investigated on Wing Lane.

IN FAIRFIELD, Saturday, at 12:12 p.m., reported loud noise was investigated on Summit Street.

12:33 a.m., disturbance was reported on Norridgewock Road.

Summonses

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday, at 10:14 p.m., Jeffrey R. Whiting, 22, of Stratton, was summoned on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, on Main Street.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday, at 9:05 p.m., Christopher Scott Bailey, 23, of Main Street, Waterville, was summoned on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Saturday, at 9:25 p.m., Will E. Moores, 23, of Bog Road, Monmouth, was summoned on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

Sunday, at 5:21 p.m., Christopher J. Toto, 52, of Pope Road, Windham, was summoned on a charge of failure to register vehicle, on Halifax Street.

Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, James Mathers, 45, of East Dixfield, was arrested on the charge of aggravated domestic violence assault.

Monday, Corey Nuzzo, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of release.

Tuesday, Lindsay Pollis, 28, of Jay, was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines or fees and failure to appear.

Ryan G. Marshall, 23, of Jay, was arrested on the charge of operating on a suspended registration.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 7 p.m., Christopher Levesque, 36, of 10 Greenwood St., arrested on a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening, on College Avenue.

9:24 p.m., Loyd Broner, 23, of 63 Worcester St., Augusta, arrested on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief, on Silver Street.

Also at 9:24 p.m., Matthew Brow, 22, of 1 Pinehurst Avenue, Winslow, arrested on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief, on Silver Street.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday, at 12:02 a.m., Sare Michelle Harfoush, 29, of Clinton Avenue, was arrested on a warrant, on Monument Street.
