Arrests

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday, at 12:21 a.m., David Bartlett, 50, of Bickford Drive, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with priors, on Bickford Drive.
IN OAKLAND, Monday, at 11:39 a.m., Lindsay Marie Philbrick, 26, of Oak Street, was arrested on a warrant, on Fairfield Street.
Tuesday, at 4:26 a.m., Kenneth Johnson, 31, of Rhode Island, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Smithfield Road.
IN WATERVILLE, Monday, at 6:03 p.m., Michael A. Foster, 46, of Elm Street, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, on Elm Street.
10:25 p.m., Christopher J. Noonan, 36, of Barnet Avenue, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief, on North Street.
