Summons

IN WINSLOW, Friday at 6:52 p.m., Philip B. Munster, 53, of Cross Hill Road in Vassalboro, was summoned on a charge of operating with an expired license on Bay Street.

Saturday at 8:40 p.m., Ashley Linn Loisel, 20, of Fortier Street, was summoned on a charge of a minor consuming liquor on Clinton Avenue.

Sunday at 12:03 a.m., Mikayla Rebecca-Lillia Morgan, 18, of Highland Avenue in Fairfield, was summoned on a charge of a minor consuming liquor on the Ticonic Bridge.

Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday, Jessica L. Savage, 31, of Avon, was arrested on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.
