Police log, arrests, Somerset County

IN ANSON, Saturday at 10:29 a.m., court paperwork was served on Bow Street.
10:41 p.m., a report of a theft of medication was investigated at Parkwood Apartments.
10:49 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Pease Hill Road.
Sunday at 9:29 a.m., a deputy was called to stand by on a civil complaint on Pease Hill Road.
IN ATHENS, Saturday at 11:40 a.m., a theft was reported on Brighton Road.
IN BINGHAM, Saturday at 7:34 p.m., a civil complaint was investigated on Main Street.
IN DETROIT, Saturday at 8:17 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on North Road, Route 100.
10:47 p.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on North Road.
IN EMBDEN, Saturday at 1:42 p.m., a county deputy made an arrest on Kennebec River Road.
IN HARMONY, Saturday at 9:40 p.m., a medical emergency was reported on Carson Hill Road. Maine State Police responded and Harmony Ambulance took someone to the hospital
IN MADISON, Saturday at 9:47 a.m., court paperwork was served on Old Point Avenue.
4:55 p.m., Anson and Madison fire units extinguished a grass fire on Golf Course Road.
Sunday at 1:42 a.m., police made an arrest following a motor vehicle stop on White School House Road.
IN MERCER, Saturday at 12:08 p.m., a civil complaint was taken from Mercer Road.
IN ROCKWOOD, Saturday at 9:26 a.m., court paperwork was served on Moosehead Motel Lane.
IN SKOWHEGAN, Saturday at 3:28 p.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Island Avenue.
5:26 p.m., a threatening complaint was taken from Fairgrounds Market Place.
7:05 p.m., an assault was reported on North Avenue.
Sunday at 1:52 a.m., a disturbance was reported in the area of the skating rink at the fairgrounds.
3:05 a.m., suspicious activity was reported near law offices on Water Street.
3:40 a.m., police were called to assist another agency on Jackson Street.
IN WEST FORKS, Sunday at 7:13 a.m., a violation of bail or of a protection order was reported at a rafting company on Dead River Road.
IN SOLON, Saturday at 9:42 p.m., police were called to assist another agency on North Main Street.

Arrests
IN ANSON, Sunday at 1:55 a.m., Gerald Gitschier, 42, of Bingham, arrested in North Anson by state police on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license and for refusing to sign a summons.
IN MADISON, Saturday at 12:41 a.m., Ellen McGregor, 51, of Skowhegan, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, with one prior, and violating the conditions of release. She was held without bail.
IN PITTSFIELD, Thursday at 7:34 p.m., Trafton Holmes, 25, of Pittsfield, arrested on charges of unpaid fines and fees.
IN SKOWHEGAN, Saturday at 9:14 p.m., Jessica Wade, 32, of Bingham, arrested for unpaid fines and fees.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday 10:52 p.m., Peter Judkins, 32, of Palmyra, arrested by sheriff’s deputies as a fugitive from justice on a warrant for failure to appear in court in Florida on a charge of sexual abuse of a minor. Bail was set at $4,000 cash pending his appearance in Somerset County Superior Court.
2:18 p.m., Ryan Nile, 22, of Embden, arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court.
