SKOWHEGAN — The following cases were closed from Oct. 7-11, 2013, on the Somerset County Criminal Docket in Somerset County Superior Court and Skowhegan District Court.

Luann R. Armstrong, 29, Bingham, littering, Aug. 20, 2013, in Moscow; $100 fine.

Nathan Avery, 30, Cornville, failure to provide a correct name, address, date of birth, Sept. 15, 2013, in Solon; 10-day jail sentence. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 5, 2013, in Cornville; three-year sentence to the Department of Corrections all suspended, two-year probation, $600 restitution. Sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 15, 2013, in Solon; dismissed. Possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Sept. 15, 2013, in Solon; dismissed.

Matthew Bagley, 35, Pittsfield, allowing a dog to be at large, Aug. 25, 2013, in Pittsfield; $50 fine.

Brian P. Baldi, 59, Canaan, theft by receiving stolen property, July 13, 2013, in Pittsfield; $200 fine.

Steven W. Bauer, 29, Oakland, operating a vehicle without a license, June 6, 2013, in Moose River; dismissed. Failure to register a vehicle, June 6, 2013, in Moose River; $150 fine.

Kirk N. Baumgardner, 27, Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, May 9, 2013, in Skowhegan; dismissed.

Daniel Borkowski, 46, Meriden, Conn., operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle (ATV), Aug. 23, 2013, in Concord Township; $200 fine.

Kaitlyn M. Boumil, 21, Skowhegan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 1, 2013, in Pittsfield; 180-day jail sentence all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence, $500 restitution.

Felicia M. Boutilier, 22, Harmony, operating while license was suspended or revoked-prior, Aug. 30, 2013, in Harmony; $500 fine.

Kimberly Brown, 40, Skowhegan, two charges of violating a condition of release, both on Oct. 6, 2013, in Skowhegan; 24-hour jail sentence on each.
