School parking lot on Waterville planners’ agenda

STAFF REPORT

WATERVILLE — The Planning Board on Monday will consider a final plan by Mount Merici Academy for a 18,000-square-foot parking lot and drop-off area to be built off upper Western Avenue.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the council chambers on the third floor of The Center at 93 Main St. downtown.

The proposal is being reviewed under the city’s site plan review ordinance.

Planners also will consider a request from Pine Tree Waste Inc. for a three-year extension to do site improvements at the Pine Tree Waste transfer station at 3 LaFleur Road.
