Scott W. Steward, 32, Skowhegan, assault, Oct. 20, 2010, in Skowhegan; 260-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Amos A. Stewart, 81, Harmony, illegal possession of firearm, Oct. 14, 2012, in Harmony; $500 fine.
Zachary A. Trial, 21, Smithfield, driving to endanger, Dec. 3, 2011, in Norridgewock; dismissed. Disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, Dec. 3, 2011, in Norridgewock; $200 fine.
Jessica A. Wellman, 29, Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, March 18, 2011, in Fairfield; probation violation.
Robert E. Wheelock Jr., 39, Sidney, cultivating marijuana, Sept. 16, 2012, in Misery Township; $400 fine, 20-day jail sentence.
Barbara R. White, 22, Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 12, 2012, in Skowhegan; $400 fine.
