Manuel Canela II, 59, Wilsonville, Ore., rule violation, operating 60-70 rule, Oct. 24, 2012, in Sidney, $250 fine.

Matthew J. Coppola, 30, Nashua, N.H., operating vehicle without license, Nov. 10, 2012, in Waterville; $150 fine.

Daniel L. Elliot, 40, Winslow, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Jan. 11, 2013, in Winslow; dismissed. Possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Jan. 11, 2013, in Winslow; $350 fine.

Shayne Humphrey, 20, Waterville, violating protective order, Oct. 27, 2012, in Waterville; dismissed.

Shayne David Humphrey, 20, Waterville, criminal mischief, Oct. 17, 2012, in Waterville; two-day jail sentence, $100 restitution. Violating condition of release, Jan. 11, 2013, in Waterville; four-day jail sentence. Violating protective order, Jan. 11, 2013, in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence all but four days suspended, one-year probation.

Joseph R. Johnson, 24, Waterville, domestic violence assault, March 31, 2012, in Oakland; seven-month jail sentence, probation partially revoked.

Zachary Morin, 23, Waterville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, May 25, 2012, in Waterville; dismissed. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug, May 25, 2012, in Waterville; $400 fine, 15-day jail sentence.

Joshua E. Noble, 33, Waterville, refuse to submit to arrest or detent., refuse to stop, Jan. 17, 2013, in Waterville; three-day jail sentence.

Caitlin E. Picard, 19, Troy, minor consuming liquor, Nov. 3, 2012, in Waterville; dismissed.

Marie R. Towers, 34, Waterville, theft by deception, Jan. 17, 2013, in Waterville; three-day jail sentence, $10 restitution.

Joshua D. Wheaton, 27, Norridgewock, indecent conduct, Sept. 29, 2012, in Waterville; 30-day jail sentence.
