Waterville area police logs

IN BELGRADE, Friday at 5:22 p.m.,  emergency crews put out a fire on Johns Way.
9:03 p.m., fire crews were called back to Johns Way for a flare up.
IN CLINTON, Friday at 1:22 p.m., a theft was reported on Hinckley Road.
7:20 p.m., police made an arrest on Hinckley Road.
IN OAKLAND, Saturday at 8:14 a.m., a reported burglary of a motor vehicle was investigated on Water Street.
IN SIDNEY, Saturday at 7:32 a.m., a motor vehicle accident with possible injuries was reported on Interstate-95, southbound, near mile marker 124.
IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 11:56 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Washington Street.
12:42 p.m., peace reportedly was restored following a report of an unwanted person at Silver Street apartments.
1:42 p.m., a report of a theft was investigated at a cell phone store on Main Street.
1:53 p.m., a warrant arrest was initiated at Joka’s on Front Street.
5:36 p.m., summonses were issued on two females for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
11:48 p.m., police made an arrest after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.
Saturday at 12:06 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported on Winter Street.
1:01 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the Shaw’s Plaza parking lot on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
1:49 a.m., police made an arrest following a motor vehicle stop on Sanger Avenue.
1:59 a.m., peace was restored following a report of a fight at the Bread Box Cafe on Main Street.
3:55 a.m., a noise complaint was taken from Veteran’s Court.
IN WINSLOW, Friday at 11:38 a.m., a verbal warning was issued by police following a report of harassment on Bellevue Street.
1:40 p.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated at the cemetery on Halifax Street.
3:23 p.m., peace was restored following a problem on Clinton Avenue.
Saturday at 12:43 a.m., police officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on Clinton Avenue.
Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 2 p.m., Mary Williams, 26, of Waterville, arrested on Front Street on five separate warrants.
10:28 p.m., Timothy Champine, 51, of Waterville, arrested on Clearview Avenue on a charge of violating the conditions of release.
11:45 p.m., Clifford Rideout, 52, of Guildhall, Vt., arrested on Main Street on a charge of operating after suspension.
Saturday at 2:01 a.m., Dylan Veilleux, 25, of Waterville,  arrested on Sanger Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence.
9:45 a.m., Larry Huggins, 30, of Waterville, arrested on College Avenue on two warrants.
