AUGUSTA — Charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening were dismissed recently against a Waterville man who was scheduled to be tried by a jury on those charges Friday in Kennebec County Superior Court.
Neal Glenn Teixeira, 30, had been charged with those offenses in connection with an incident March 17 in Waterville.
According to a court filing by Assistant District Attorney Alisa Ross, the dismissal was “in the interest of justice.”
