STAFF REPORT

AUGUSTA -- The following is a list of cases closed between Dec. 20, 2012, and Dec. 26, 2012, in Augusta District Court:

Anna M. Dimambro, 29, of Mexico, refusing to sign criminal summons and disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, both Dec. 24, in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Jesus M. Galloza, 27, of Gardiner, two counts of assault, July 26 and Aug. 27, both in Gardiner; $600 in fines, 48-hour jail sentence.

Scott Anthony Jones, 45, of Augusta, domestic violence assault, Oct. 25, and criminal mischief, assault, and violating condition of release, all Dec. 25, all in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 15 days suspended, two years' probation.

Frederick M. Murphy, 51, of Augusta, violating condition of release, Dec. 15, in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.
