Terrance Boone, 36, of Augusta; violating condition of release April 18 in Farmingdale; 10-day jail sentence.

Samantha R. Bretton, 20, of Chelsea, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Feb. 19; $350 fine, 40 hours of community service.

Jordan S. Dailey, 20, of Hallowell, minor consuming liquor, Feb. 16 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Joseph Hart, 27, of Augusta, operating under the influence and violating condition of release April 14, operating while license suspended or revoked April 13, all in Chelsea; $750 in fines, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Robert Horstman, 26, of Winthrop, violating condition of release and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate April 18; $100 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

Stacy J. Hustus, 45, of Farmingdale, operating under the influence April 20 in Chelsea; $700 fine, 364-day jail sentence with all but 14 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.

Christopher J. Kjersgard, 24, of Oakland, theft of services Jan. 31 in Augusta; four-day jail sentence, $35 restitution.

Erika F. Lagasse, 30, of Augusta, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 19 in Augusta; $200 fine, two-day jail sentence.

James Lee, 31, of Windsor, violating condition of release Feb. 21; 24-hour jail sentence.

Roxane Montgomery, 45, of Oakland, violating condition of release and assault Feb. 19 in Augusta; $300 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Russell Vonaa, 31, of Augusta, protection-from-harassment order violation Jan. 23, harassment by telephone Dec. 21, 2012, assault Jan. 19, terrorizing and violating condition of release March 11, all in Augusta; $300 fine, 14-day jail sentence.
