Bingham bicentennial opens Monday with bell celebration

Morning Sentinel Staff

BINGHAM -- The town will begin celebrating its bicentennial on Monday, with local churches ringing bells and chimes at 9 a.m. to recognize the date the town was incorporated 200 years ago.

Many events are being planned for July 21-29, including a large parade and fireworks on July 28. Individuals who would like to volunteer to assist with the summer events can register at Town Hall.
