Victor Brown, 45, Farmington, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, and falsifying physical evidence, Nov. 12, 2010, in Farmington; both dismissed; also, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Nov. 12, 2010, in Farmington; 30-day jail sentence all suspended, one year admin release sentence, and $500 fine.

Justin M. Crowely-Smilek, 28, Farmington, violating condtion of release, Jan. 13, 2011, dismissed.

Jesse L. Herrin, 24, Wilton, failing to stop for officer, and driving to endanger, Sept. 20, 2010, in Jay; 48-hour jail sentence, 30-day license suspension, and $1,075 in fines; also, eluding an officer, Sept. 20, 2010, in Jay; dismissed.

Shawn F. Levigne, 21, Madison, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, Oct. 22, 2008, in Farmington; dismissed; also, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Oct. 22, 2008, in Farmington; 364-day jail sentence, all but four months suspended, one year probation, and $500 fine.

McDonald, 31, Wilton, gross sexual assault, Aug. 1, 2010, in Farmington; dismissed; also, sexual abuse of minor, and unlawful sexual contact, Aug. 1, 2010, in Farmington; five-year prison sentence, four years probation, lifetime sex offender registrant; also, sexual abuse of minor, Sept. 7, 2010, in Farmington; dismissed; also, three counts of sexual abuse of minor, Sept. 7, 2010; all three dismissed.
