Francisco J. Alicea, 19, of Walpole, Mass., minor consuming liquor Dec. 6 in Waterville; $200 fine.

D.L. Allen IV, 28, of Waterville, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop Dec. 24 in Waterville; 24-hour jail sentence.

Brandy Anderson, 19, of Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, both Jan. 8 in Waterville; 96-hour jail sentence.

Casey A. Atkins, 35, of Vassalboro, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise Nov. 26 in Winslow; $150 fine.

Sara F. Ayotte, 41, of South China, unlawful use of license Dec. 5 in Belgrade; $100 fine.

John A. Barnes III, 20, of Chesterville, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 23 in Oakland; dismissed.

Jason T. Bates, 28, of Sidney, criminal trespass Nov. 1 and failure to appear in court on criminal summons Jan. 5, both in Waterville; $300 in fines.

Christina Beaulieu, 51, of Sidney, probation violation; 90-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Rebecca L. Beaulieu, 18, of Readfield, minor consuming liquor Dec. 6 in Waterville; 40 hours community service.

Jillian N. Berto, 22, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 8 in Waterville; $200 fine.

Nicolas G. Bickford, 19, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 16 in Waterville; 72-hour jail sentence.

Rhonda Bickford, 45, of Oakland, assault Aug. 16 in Oakland; $300 fine.

Edward T. Bishop, 31, of Oakland, failure to produce vehicle or return it to scene and operating while license suspended or revoked, both Feb. 3 in Sidney; 20-day jail sentence, $500 fine.

Marcia Hope Brown, 25, of Winslow, OUI -- one prior and operating while license suspended or revoked -- OUI, both Jan. 23 in Waterville; $1,300 in fines, 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, three-year license suspension; possession of marijuana Jan. 23 in Waterville; dismissed; violating condition of release Jan. 29 in Waterville; four-day jail sentence.

Mary Catherine Brown, 50, of Sidney, theft by deception Oct. 15 in Waterville; $200 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 15 in Waterville; dismissed.

Alisha Buck, 18, of Winthrop, minor possessing liquor Nov. 28 in Waterville; $200 fine.

Matthew Buiniskas, 22, of Waterville, cultivating marijuana and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both May 15, 2009 in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence, all suspended; sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, both May 15, 2009 in Waterville; both dismissed.

Hollie M. Butler, 24, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 7 in Waterville; $200 fine.
