AUGUSTA -- The following is a list of cases closed between Nov. 15, 2012, and Nov. 28, 2012, in Augusta District Court:

Dale Braley, 39, of Bucksport, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Sept. 21 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Taylor Harrison Elmer Dutil, 19, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 17 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Edward Fleisher, 46, of Augusta, criminal mischief Sept. 21 and violating condition of release and terrorizing, both Nov. 27, all in Augusta; 15-day jail sentence, $200 restitution.

Andrew G. Fuller, 23, of Belgrade, domestic violence assault Sept. 23 West Gardiner; 180-day all suspended jail sentence, two years of probation.

Bonny S. Gilmore, 28, of Augusta, violating condition of release Sept. 25 in Monmouth; seven-day jail sentence.

Niall Gleason, 42, of Hallowell, disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, Oct. 17 in Farmingdale; 24-hour jail sentence.

John Hughes, 32, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 16 in Winthrop; $500 fine.

Mark A. Jefferson, 37, of Waterville, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate Oct. 6 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Sherman Keith, 25, of Bangor, domestic violence assault Aug. 13 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, with all but four days suspended, two years of probation.

Jessica M. Labreck, 30, of Skowhegan, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 6 in China; $500 fine.

Matthew D. Landry, 19, of Augusta, domestic violence assault, Oct. 23, 2011, and operating under the influence and violating condition of release, both Nov. 17, all in Augusta; $900 in fines, four-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Steven S. Lemieux, 41, of Litchfield, protective order from harassment violation Aug. 18 in Litchfield; $200 fine.

Alanson W. Noble, 54, of Waterville, operating under the influence Oct. 27 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Christopher M. O'Brien, 25, of South China, operating ATV on public way Sept. 21; $100 fine.

Anthony Smen, 27, of Readfield, violating protective order Nov. 27 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Wayne A. Smith, 55, of Corinna, commercial vehicle rule violation: operating with intoxicating beverage Oct. 27 in West Gardiner; $100 fine.

Torie M. York, 35, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked June 28 in China; $500 fine.
