STAFF REPORT
FARMINGTON -- Emergency responders are conducting a disaster drill on Fairbanks and Wilton roads Tuesday afternoon.
Franklin Memorial Hospital and Edgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center will hold the training starting at 2 p.m. to test emergency response plans, said Jill Gray, Franklin Community Health Network relations manager, in a press release.
Several participants will act out an emergency involving injuries and will be taken from Edgewood to the hospital by North Star Ambulance.
Franklin County Emergency Management, Farmington Fire and Police departments also will help with the drill.
The drill is expected to last less than two hours and signs will be posted on the road to let the public about the exercise, Gray said.
