Garrett E. Adams, 27, New Portland, operating unregistered ATV, Jan. 1, 2011 in Phillips; $200 fine.

India K. Adams, 53, East Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Oct. 4, 2010 in Farmington; $100 fine, and $43 in restitution.

Timothy B. Allen, 46, Rangeley, assault, July 10, 2010 in Rangeley; dismissed; also, disorderly conduct, fighting, July 10, 2010 in Rangeley; $300 fine.

William Armstrong, 47, New Vineyard, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, Nov. 20, 2010 in New Vineyard; $250 fine.

Richard A. Arsenault, 71, Carthage, domestic violence assault, July 13, 2010 in Carthage; dismissed.

Alan M. Austin, 46, Phillips, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 10, 2010 in Phillips; $250 fine, and $500 restitution.

Troy M. Austin, 20, Wilton, driving to endanger, Sept. 1, 2010 in Wilton; dismissed.

Valene Bachelder, 28, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Jan. 3, 2011 in Farmington; $150 fine.

Christopher A. Chick, 24, Strong, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz., Dec. 19, 2010 in Strong; 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension, and $500 and $350 fines.

Darrin P. Clark, 27, North Anson, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, Jan. 8, 2011 in Farmington; dismissed.
