Anne Emilie Allison, 45, Jay, domestic violence assault, Jan. 18, 2010 in Jay; 364-day jail sentence all but 108-days suspended and one-year probation.

Cody Austin, 19, Weld, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, July 3, 2010 in Wilton; both dismissed.

Peter J. Beaulieu, 53, Jay, domestic violence assault, Jan. 4, 2010 in Jay; dismissed.

Peter J. Beaulieu, 53, Jay, violating condition of release, Dec. 22, 2010 in Jay; seven day jail sentence.

Dennis A. Bedard, 49, Carthage, operating snowmobile on public way, Feb. 3, 2011 in Carthage; $100 fine.

Rodney L. Bridges Jr., 20, Farmington, misuse of identification, Dec. 28, 2009 in Wilton; $250 fine.

Rodney L. Bridges Jr., Farmington, theft of services, Oct. 20, 2010 in Farmington; unconditional discharge and $60 in restitution; also, violating condition of release, Oct. 20, 2010 in Farmington; dismissed.

Victor Brown, 45, Farmington, violating condition of release, Jan. 5, 2011 in Farmington; $100 fine.

Darrick J. Delile, 32, Norridgewock, operating under the influence-1 prior, Dec. 11, 2010 in Kingfield; seven-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension and $700 fine.

Joseph E. Dyar, 31, Farmington, driving to endanger, Nov. 18, 2010 in Farmington; $250 fine.

Tausha L. Ellis, 31, Farmington, negotiate a worthless instrument, Sept. 2, 2010 in New Sharon; $100 fine and $45.09 in restitution; also, negotiate a worthless instrument, Sept. 2, 2010 in New Sharon; dismissed.

Aaron G. Forbes, 21, Chesterville, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, Nov. 22, 2009 in Wilton; $200 fine.

Antonio G. Fuentes, 21, Canton, criminal mischief, and violating condition of release, Nov. 29, 2010 in Wilton; 14-day jail sentence; also, obstructing report of crime, Nov. 29, 2010 in Wilton; dismissed.

Carl S. Hutchinson II, 28, Farmington, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, Nov. 18, 2010 in Farmington; $500 fine.

Andrew J. Iverson, 42, Jay, domestic violence assault, Oct. 22, 2009 in Jay; 90-day jail sentence all suspended, and two years probation.

Ryan M. Nuzzo, 24, Jay, allowing dog to be at large, Dec. 5, 2010 in Jay; dismissed; also, keeping dangerous dog, Dec. 5, 2010 in Jay; $250 fine and $184.26 in restitution.
